Gravel & Sand Pump

Gravel and Sand Pumps are designed to handle very large particles for gravel and dredging operations. The sand pumps are designed for continuous handling of the most difficult higher abrasive slurry, containing solids too large to be pumped by a standard slurry pump.

Our sand pumps are suitable for delivering slurry in mining, explosive sludge in metal melting, grudging in dredger and course of river and other fields.




TG(H) sand gravel pump (dredge pump,sand pump) with a single pump connected to the cassette shell structure,over passage spacious , and the TGH pumps are high head ones.


The pumps are designed for continuously transferring strong corrosive big-solid-

contained slurry which the common slurry pump cannot transfer. They are widely used in dredging, mining, explosive-sludge in metal melting, etc..


This sand pump flow components using the hard nickel,chromiun and other wear-resistant materials. 

Gravel pump outlet direction can be in any position of 360·,easy to install, cavitation performance,anti-corrosion,etc..

Gravel pump features:


· Abrasion-resistance,corrosion-resistance; large capacity; wide flow channel; light weight; good performance of NPSH; easy maintenance; anti-clogging.

· Special clamping device of the jointing for pump body and pump cover enables the pump discharge point to any direction.

· The wet parts , including impeller, frame plate, throatbush, frame plate liner insert, all adopt anti-corrosive alloy cast iron or steel.

· The pump consists of pump head, seal assembly, bearing assembly and frame. The bearing assembly is lubricated by grease.

· The pump can be driven by V-belt, coupling directly or by reducer.

· Packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal are all available for the pump.

Application
